BMNC Limited trading as BadCreditVanFinance operates this website. BadCreditVanFinance is a credit broker, not a lender. We help connect customers with suitable UK van finance providers.
What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Postcode
- Your enquiry type and message
How we use your information
We use contact-form information to respond to your enquiry. If you use the finance application, the application is provided by CompareMotorFinance and the information you enter is processed through that service for the application journey.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share data with
General contact-form messages are delivered to our authenticated business email service. Information entered into the separate finance application may be shared with finance providers as part of assessing your application. Please review the notice shown before entering personal information in that application.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary browser storage records your cookie choice and supports contact-form security. Google Analytics is optional: it is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”, and it is only enabled on badcreditvanfinance.com. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer and choose “Necessary only” to revoke consent for future page loads.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted unless required for legal or regulatory reasons.
